Semiannual Reports to Congress

The Inspector General Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-452), as amended, requires the preparation of semiannual reports to the Congress summarizing the activities of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the six-month periods ending each March 31 and September 30. The reports cover audits, evaluations, investigations and other reviews conducted by the OIG. The reports also indicate the status of management decisions on the recommendations made by the OIG.
