State-Level Estimates of the Arts’ Economic Value and Employment (2001-2019)

This profile features state-level estimates of arts and cultural value added, employment, and compensation derived from the Arts and Cultural Production Satellite Account (ACPSA), which is produced jointly by the NEA’s Office of Research & Analysis and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), U.S. Commerce Department. State-level arts and cultural estimates are available for total arts and cultural production, and for the 34 ACPSA industries.
