  • Specific Terms and Conditions for Local Arts Agencies that Subgrant (3.23)
    The Specific Terms and Conditions apply to Local Arts Agencies eligible to make subawards or subgrants under a National Endowment for the Arts grant or cooperative agreement. As a companion to the “National Endowment for the Arts General Terms and Conditions for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to Organizations,” the Specific Terms and Conditions address requirements that apply to both the Local Arts Agency in its role as a subgrantor of Federal or matching funds, and the subrecipient entities who receive such awards.

    (1) For subawards issued on or after October 1, 2020, the threshold for reporting is $30,000 or more in federal funds per subaward regardless of the fiscal year of the Arts Endowment award.

    (2) For subawards issued prior to October 1, 2020, the threshold for reporting is $25,000 or more in federal funds per subaward regardless of the fiscal year of the Arts Endowment award.
