The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (Cooperator) to support the Community component of Creative Forces through the implementation and administration of the Creative Forces Community Engagement Grant Program. The Grant Program is a competitive grant program that seeks to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life for military and veteran populations exposed to trauma, as well as their families and caregivers through community-based arts engagement activities.
