Bio

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir is a renowned group of 360 singers who are all volunteers and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Choir is heard worldwide through radio, television, satellite and Internet broadcasts from their home at the Salt Lake Tabernacle in Temple Square, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dubbed "America's Choir" by President Ronald Reagan, it has toured both nationally and internationally and has made more than 150 recordings including five gold and two platinum albums. The Choir has received a Grammy Award, Emmy Award, Peabody Award, and two Freedoms Foundation awards for its music. It is led by Mac Christensen, President; Dr. Craig Jessop, Music Director; and Dr. Mack Wilberg, Associate Music Director.
