These application guidelines provide all of the information that you need to submit an application. Your application will consist of a combination of information that you will get from the NEA's website, Grants.gov, and the NEA GrantsOnline™ System (NEA-GO). We urge you to read these instructions in their entirety before you begin the application process. You also may want to keep these instructions open in a window in your computer as they contain helpful links to information that you will need as you complete your application.

There are two application deadlines for the Art Works category, each with a two-step process; you must apply to the one that is appropriate for your project (see "Art Works Application Deadlines").
Generally an organization may submit only one application under these FY 2015 Art Works guidelines, with few exceptions (see "Art Works Applicant Eligibility").
Second Art Works Deadline
Step 1: July 24, 2014, no later than 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time: Deadline of record, submit the SF-424 (Application for Federal Domestic Assistance -- the form that asks for basic information about your organization and project) to Grants.gov.
Step 2: August 7 to August 21, 2014, no later than 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time: Upload a substantial part of your application, including narrative, bios, financial information, statements of support, and work samples to NEA-GO.
